Notice Packets. All Class Member Households will be mailed a Notice Packet. Each Notice Packet will provide: (1) information regarding the nature of the Action; (2) a summary of the Settlement’s principal terms; (3) the Class definition; (4) the Class Member Household’s estimated Individual Settlement Payment and the formula for calculating Individual Settlement Payments, if they do not request to be excluded; (5) the dates that comprise the Class Period; (6) instructions on how to submit valid Requests for Exclusion, or objections; (7) the deadlines by which Class Members must submit a Request for Exclusion or Notice of Objection to the Settlement; (8) the date for the final approval hearing; and (9) the claims to be released. The Notice Packet will also inform Class Members that, in order to receive the Individual Settlement Payment, they do not need to do anything except keep the Settlement Administrator apprised of the Class Member Households’ current mailing addresses.

Each Notice Packet 22 will provide: (i) information regarding the nature of the Actions; (ii) a summary of the Settlement’s 23 principal terms; (iii) the Settlement Class definition; (iv) the total number of Pay Periods each Class 24 Member worked for Defendant during the Class Period based on Defendant’s records; (v) each Class 25 Member’s estimated Individual Settlement Payment and the formula for calculating Individual Settlement 26 Payments; (vi) the dates which comprise the Class Period; (vii) instructions on how to submit Requests for 27 Exclusion or Notices of Objection; (viii) the Response Deadline by which the Class Member must 1 postmark or fax a Request for Exclusion, or postmark a Notice of Objection to the Settlement; and (ix) the 2 claims to be released.

The Notice of Class Action Settlement shall set forth the material terms of the Settlement, including the release to be given by all members of the Settlement Class who do not request to be excluded from the Settlement Class. The Notice Packet also shall be individualized by including the Settlement Class Member’s starting and ending dates of employment during the Settlement Class Period, the number of Compensable Work Weeks, and the estimated amount of their Individual Settlement Payment. The Notice Packet will be translated in Spanish.

  • Notice of Defects If, based on Consulting Engineer/Architect's involvement during the construction phase, Consulting Engineer/Architect observes or otherwise becomes aware of any defect in the work, he shall give prompt written notice to City of such defects and their approximate location on the Project. However, Consulting Engineer/Architect shall not have control over or charge of and shall not be responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions, inspections and programs in connection with the work, since these are solely the Contractor's responsibility under the contract for construction. Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended for use on a dedicated System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported. Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server.   • Scale Reports Forest Service shall pro- vide Purchaser a copy of Forest Service scaler’s record, if requested in writing.

  • Posting Notices 18.01 The Union may post notices at specific places on Company premises upon approval of the Company.

  • Rejection of Deliverables The Department reserves the right to reject deliverables, as outlined in the Grant Work Plan, as incomplete, inadequate, or unacceptable due, in whole or in part, to Xxxxxxx’s lack of satisfactory performance under the terms of this Agreement. The Grantee’s efforts to correct the rejected deliverables will be at Xxxxxxx’s sole expense.   • EODUF Packing Specifications 7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.
