Notice Packet. The Notice Packet will provide that the Class Members who wish to object to the Settlement may do so in writing, signed, dated, and mailed to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than the Response Deadline.

Plaintiffs will prepare the Class Notice, which Plaintiffs will submit to the Court for approval with the Motion for Preliminary Approval and Defendants will have the opportunity to review and comment. The Settlement Administrator will have the Class Notice translated to Spanish and other languages as necessary after the Court preliminarily approves the English version of the Class Notice. The Class Notice will include, non- exclusively, information regarding the nature of the Lawsuit; a summary of the substance of the Settlement’s terms; the Class definition; the procedure for objecting to the Settlement, the date for the Final Approval Hearing, and the formula used for the Settlement Shares. The Class Notice shall include the Class Member’s estimated Settlement Share.
