Notice of Voluntary Termination. All employees shall give two (2) weeks’ notice in writing to their immediate supervisor with a copy to the Human Resources office of their intention to voluntarily terminate. Failure of the employee to give two (2) weeks’ notice as herein provided shall constitute a waiver of any PTO otherwise due such employee. The Medical Center agrees to be reasonable and observe cases of hardship.
