In any case, such registration shall be at INTERTAN GROUP's expense, and INTERTAN GROUP shall reimburse RADIOSHACK or TRS for all expenses incurred by RADIOSHACK or TRS in that regard, if any.
Notice of Use. The Employer shall be notified of all absences due to illness within the following time limits prior to the start time of an employee’s shift. The employee shall call in personally when possible. Absences must be reported each scheduled day unless the employee states he/she will be out for a specific number of days, as verified by a physician’s statement. Therefore, employees who fail to comply with the minimum advance notice requirement, or the department’s posted policy, shall not be eligible for sick leave payment for that instance.
