NOTICE OF UNAUTHORIZED USE OR DISCLOSURE. Intern shall notify Sponsor immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this Agreement by Intern or any third party, and will cooperate with Sponsor in every reasonable way to help regain possession of the Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use or disclosure.

Recipient shall notify Accuride immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this Agreement by Recipient or any third party, and will cooperate with Accuride in every reasonable way to help Accuride regain possession of the Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use or disclosure.
NOTICE OF UNAUTHORIZED USE OR DISCLOSURE. If IAC discovers an unauthorized use or disclosure, then IAC will have ten (10) business days from the date of discovery within which to inform Owner in writing.

To regain possession of the Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use or disclosure, Independent Contractor will cooperate with Client in every reasonable manner.
NOTICE OF UNAUTHORIZED USE OR DISCLOSURE. Customer shall notify Lotame of any actual or suspected misuse of the Lotame Data and shall provide reasonable assistance to Lotame in the investigation and prosecution of any such unauthorized use or disclosure.
NOTICE OF UNAUTHORIZED USE OR DISCLOSURE. The Receiving Party agrees to notify the Disclosing Party of any actual or reasonably suspected instance of loss, theft, or unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information that may come to its attention – with an oral notice provided immediately, and confirmed in writing promptly thereafter. The Receiving Party agrees to cooperate with the Disclosing Party in promptly containing, investigating and remediating any such incident, and to meeting any obligations that the Disclosing Party may have to notify third parties of the incident.
