Notice of Transfer. The Administrative Agent and the Issuing Lenders may deem and treat any Lender which is a party to this Agreement as the owner of such Lender’s respective portions of the Loans and Letter of Credit reimbursement rights for all purposes, unless and until a written notice of the assignment or transfer thereof executed by any such Lender shall have been received by the Administrative Agent and become effective pursuant to Section 10.3.

Notice of Transfer.
