Common use of Notice of Suspension Clause in Contracts

Notice of Suspension. The Company may suspend the underwriting authority of the Manager to bind the Company only for the reasons and in accordance with the procedures described below. The Company shall give immediate written notice of the suspension of authority and the Manager shall then immediately cease to exercise its authority until the reason for the suspension is resolved. Once resolved, the Company shall reinstate the authority of the Manager. Notwithstanding any action taken pursuant to this Article, the parties may exercise whatever rights they may have to terminate this Agreement.
