Common use of Notice of Prepayment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Prepayment. Borrower shall give Agent written notice of prepayment of any Base Rate Loan by not later than 11:00 A.M. (Cleveland, Ohio time) on the Business Day such prepayment is to be made and written notice of the prepayment of any Eurodollar Loan not later than 1:00 P.M. (Cleveland, Ohio time) three (3) Business Days prior to the Business Day on which such prepayment is to be made.

(Cleveland, Ohio time) three (3) Business Days prior to the Business Day on which such prepayment is to be made.

(Cleveland, Ohio time) three (3) Business Days prior to the Business Day on which such prepayment is to be made.

(Cleveland, Ohio time) on the Business Day such prepayment is to be made and written notice of the prepayment of any Eurodollar LIBOR Loan not later than 1:00 P.M. (Cleveland, Ohio time) three (3) Business Days prior to before the Business Day on which such prepayment is to be made.
