Notice of Potential Claims. In addition to any other obligation on the Access Holder pursuant to this Agreement, the Access Holder must, and must cause the Operator to, notify QR as soon as practicable after the occurrence of any claim under any insurance policy required by this Agreement, notify QR of that event in reasonable detail and thereafter keep QR informed of subsequent developments concerning any claim.
