Common use of Notice of Potential Claims Clause in Contracts

Notice of Potential Claims. The Organizer and the Charter Schools Director shall make a good faith effort to notify each other of any actual or potential claims subject to indemnification under Paragraph 11.2, but failure to do so shall not invalidate the Organizer's indemnification duties herein.
