Notice of Officers. The Union agrees to keep the TPA advised of the names of its officers, executive, stewards and negotiating committee upon their election or any change therein. When, in the normal process of a lay-off, the Unit Chair is displaced from his job, then he shall be deemed to have top seniority amongst employees covered by the Salaried Agreement for the purpose of Article 12 provided he is employed in a salaried position.
