Notice of non-compliant Services. If SPREP considers that all or part of the Services do not meet the Performance Xxxxx- ria, SPREP may provide the Supplier notice of that fact and include reasons for the Services not meeting the Performance Criteria.
Notice of non-compliant Services. If the Customer considers that all or part of the Services do not meet the Performance Criteria, the Customer must notify the Contractor within 5 Business Days (or such other period as specified in item 13 of the Contract Details) of assessing the Services against the Performance Criteria. The Customer must include reasons for the Services not meeting the Performance Criteria in the notice given under clause 10.2(a).
