When an actual or potential labor dispute or other condition delays or threatens to delay the timely performance of this Agreement, Seller shall immediately notify BATTELLE in writing. Such notice shall include all relevant information regarding such dispute or other condition. Seller shall insert the essence of this provision in all lower-tier procurements issued hereunder.
