  • Notice Of Intent To Surrender Any other provision of this lease to the contrary notwithstanding, at least thirty (30) days prior to the normal expiration of the term of this Lease as noted under the heading TERM OF LEASE above, Tenant shall give written notice to Landlord of Tenant’s intention to surrender the residence at the expiration of the Lease term. If said written notice is not timely given, the Tenant shall become a month-to-month tenant as defined by applicable Georgia law, and all provisions of this Lease will remain in full force and effect, unless this Lease is extended or renewed for a specific term by written agreement of Landlord and Tenant.   • Notice to Landlord In the event Landlord’s consent is required pursuant to Section 15.1, Tenant shall first notify Landlord of its desire to do so and shall submit in writing to Landlord (the “Transfer Notice”); (i) the size and location of the space Tenant proposes to assign or sublet; (ii) the name of the proposed assignee or subtenant; (iii) the date on which the Tenant proposes that the transfer be effective, which shall not be earlier than the date which is 30 days after the Transfer Notice (iv) the nature of the proposed assignee’s or subtenant’s business to be carried on in the Premises; (v) the terms and provisions of the proposed sublease or assignment; (vi) such reasonable financial information as Landlord may request concerning the proposed assignee or subtenant, and (vii) such other information as Landlord may reasonably require. Notwithstanding the foregoing, within five (5) days after any assignment or sublet of Tenant’s interest in this Lease (including any assignment by operation of law or the transfer of fifty percent (50%) or more of the equity interests in Tenant measured by voting power or share of Tenant’s profit), Tenant shall provide Landlord a written notice of such assignment or sublet, which notice shall include the date on which the transfer occurred and each of the items specified in items (i), (ii), (iv), (v) and (vii) above.

In addition, Employee understands that if Employee files a lawsuit against the Company for retaliation based on the reporting of a suspected violation of law, Employee may disclose a trade secret to Employee’s attorney and use the trade secret information in the court proceeding, so long as any document containing the trade secret is filed under seal and the trade secret is not disclosed except pursuant to court order. To the extent Employee suspects a violation of the law, Employee should report their suspicion to an officer of the Company or in accordance with relevant the Company policies.

  • Notice of Extension (a) If the Institutional Trustee is the only registered Holder of the Debentures at the time the Company selects an Extended Interest Payment Period, the Company shall give written notice to the Regular Trustees, the Institutional Trustee and the Trustee of its selection of such Extended Interest Payment Period one Business Day before the earlier of (i) the next succeeding date on which Distributions on the Trust Securities issued by the Trust are payable, or (ii) the date the Trust is required to give notice of the record date, or the date such Distributions are payable, to the New York Stock Exchange or other applicable self-regulatory organization or to holders of the Preferred Securities issued by the Trust, but in any event at least one Business Day before such record date.
