Common use of Notice of FHA Incentives Clause in Contracts

Notice of FHA Incentives. No later than the date upon which this Settlement Agreement is submitted to the Court for Preliminary Approval, HUD shall submit to the Office of Management and Budget (“OMB”) a Notice proposing to make incentives available to owners pursuing mortgage insurance offered by the Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”) to encourage the production and availability of more affordable housing units in Communities of Opportunity in the Baltimore Region, as set forth below. Should OMB finally approve the Notice, or an amended version thereof, then within thirty (30) days of such final approval HUD shall submit the Notice, or the amended version of such Notice approved by OMB, to the Federal Register for publication.
