Notice of Exercise of Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 41, Tenant shall give written notice exercising an Option using certified mail return receipt requested or some other method where the person delivering the package containing the notice obtains a signature of the person accepting the package containing the notice (e.g., by FedEx with the requirement that the FedEx delivery person obtain a signature from the person accepting the package). It shall be the obligation of Tenant to prove that Landlord received the notice exercising an Option in a timely manner.
