Common use of Notice of Disputes Clause in Contracts

Notice of Disputes. The Contractor shall bring to the attention of the County’s Contract Project Manager and/or County’s Contract Project Director any dispute between the County and the Contractor regarding the performance of services as stated in this Contract. If the County’s Contract Project Manager or County’s Contract Project Director is not able to resolve the dispute, the County Librarian, or designee shall resolve it.

Notice of Disputes. The Contractor shall bring to the attention of the County’s Contract County Project Manager and/or County’s Contract County Project Director any dispute between the County and the Contractor regarding the performance of services as stated in this ContractMaster Agreement. If the County’s Contract County Project Manager or County’s Contract County Project Director is not able to resolve the dispute, the County LibrarianChief, Office of Public Safety, or her designee shall resolve it.

If the County’s Contract Administrator, with assistance from the applicable County's Project Manager or County’s Contract Project Director Manager, is not able to resolve the dispute, the County Librarian, Director or designee shall resolve it.

If the County’s Contract Project Program Manager or and/or County’s Contract Project Director is not able to resolve the dispute, the County Librarian, Director or his/her designee shall resolve it.

If the County’s Contract Project Manager or County’s Contract Project Director is not able to resolve the dispute, the County Librarian, CEO or his designee shall resolve it.

If the County’s Contract Project Manager or County’s Contract Project Director is not able to resolve the dispute, the County Librarian, Director or his/her designee shall resolve it.

If the County’s Contract County Project Manager or County’s County Contract Project Director Manager is not able to resolve the dispute, the County LibrarianContract Administrator, or designee shall resolve it.

Notice of Disputes. The Contractor shall bring to the attention of the County’s County Contract Project Manager and/or County’s Contract County Project Director any dispute between the County and the Contractor regarding the performance of services as stated in this Contract. If the County’s County Contract Project Manager or County’s Contract County Project Director is not able to resolve the dispute, the County Librarian, or designee Executive Officer of the Board shall resolve it.

Notice of Disputes. The Contractor shall bring to the attention of the County’s Contract Project Manager and/or County’s Contract Project Director Administrator any dispute between the County and the Contractor regarding the performance of services as stated in this Contract. If the County’s Contract Project Manager or County’s Contract Project Director Administrator is not able to resolve the dispute, the County LibrarianCounty, or designee shall resolve it.
