Notice of Discovery. (a) The Contractor shall immediately inform the Minister in writing of any Discovery ("Notice of Discovery") under to Section 25(1) of the Act.

Notice of Discovery. Contractor shall provide prompt written notice to Owner of any suspected Hazardous Materials that Contractor finds during performance of the Work not previously identified by Owner to Contractor. Owner shall be responsible for any further action required after the discovery. To the extent any such action causes an increase in Contractor's costs or a delay in the performance of the Work, Contractor shall be entitled to a Change Order pursuant to Article 9.

Paragraph: If the discovery is a Discovery of Non-Associated Natural Gas or Heavy Liquid Hy- drocarbons, THE CONTRACTOR must also deliver the calculations and other supporting information submitted to the Ministry of Mines and Energy or the authority acting in said capacity, for classifica- tion purposes.
