Common use of Notice of Claimed Default Clause in Contracts

Notice of Claimed Default. Promptly upon receipt by Borrower of a notice of default, oral or written, given to Borrower by any creditor for Indebtedness for borrowed money, or otherwise holding long term Indebtedness of Borrower in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), Borrower shall give notice of the same to Lender.

Notice of Claimed Default. Notice of Claimed Default. Promptly promptly upon receipt by Borrower of a Borrower, notice of default, oral or written, given to Borrower by any creditor for Indebtedness for borrowed money, or otherwise holding long term Indebtedness of Borrower in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.0050,000), Borrower shall give notice of the same to Lender.; and
