Common use of Notice of Borrowing Clause in Contracts

Notice of Borrowing. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing from the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.3(a), and a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing from GTS on behalf of the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Section 2.3(a)) and Section 4.2, and a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.

The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Borrower a Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing from the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.3(a), ) and a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing from the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Section 2.3(a) (if any Loans will be made on the Closing Date), and a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing from the Borrower in accordance with Section Sections 2.3(a)) and 4.2, and a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing from the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.3(a)) and Section 4.2, as applicable, and a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.
