Notice of Bankruptcy. In the event the ACO enters into proceedings relating to bankruptcy, whether voluntary or involuntary, the ACO agrees to furnish, by certified mail, written notification of the bankruptcy to CMS. This notification shall be furnished within 5 calendar days of the initiation of the proceedings relating to bankruptcy filing. This notification shall include the date on which the bankruptcy petition was filed, the court in which the bankruptcy petition was filed, and a listing of Government contracts, project agreements, contract officers, and project officers for all Government contracts and project agreements against which final payment has not been made. This obligation remains in effect until the expiration or termination of this Agreement and final payment by the ACO under this Agreement has been made.
