Notice of Advance. The Borrowers shall have provided any notice required in respect of an Advance, Rollover or Conversion.
Notice of Advance. The Borrower shall have timely delivered to the Bank, in accordance with Section 2.2 hereof, notice of its request to obtain an Advance.
Notice of Advance. (a) Whenever the Company desires an Advance, it shall give written notice thereof (a "NOTICE OF ADVANCE") (or telephonic notice promptly confirmed in writing) to the Agent (i) in the case of an Alternate Base Rate Advance, not later than 10:00 a.m. (Houston, Texas time) on the date of such Advance and (ii) in the case of a Eurodollar Rate Advance, not later than noon (Houston, Texas time) three Business Days prior to the date of such Advance. Each Notice of Advance shall be irrevocable and shall be in the form of EXHIBIT 2.03 hereto, specifying (i) the aggregate principal amount of the Advance to be made, (ii) the date of such Advance (which shall be a Business Day), (iii) whether it is to be an Alternate Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Advance and (iv) if the proposed Advance is to be a Eurodollar Rate Advance, the initial Interest Period to be applicable thereto.
Notice of Advance. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Advance in accordance with Section 2.1(a), if applicable, and a Notice of Term Loan in accordance with Section 2.1(b) with respect to the Borrowing on the Effective Date provided, that such Notice of Advance and Notice of Term Loan shall be delivered not later than one (1) Business Days prior to the Effective Date. Each Lender, by delivering its signature page to this Agreement, shall be deemed to have acknowledged receipt of, and consented to and approved, each Loan Document and each other document, agreement and/or instrument required to be approved by such Lender on the Effective Date, and its acknowledgment that each of the conditions set forth above has been satisfied to its satisfaction.

The Agent shall promptly give the Banks written notice or telephonic notice (promptly confirmed in writing) of each proposed Advance, of each Bank's proportionate share thereof and of the other matters covered by each Notice of Advance.
Notice of Advance. Borrower executes and delivers to Lender a Notice of Advance pursuant to Section 2.1(b) hereof with respect to such Loan.
Notice of Advance. A Notice of Advance shall have been executed and delivered by Borrower to Lender, appropriately completed, which shall be irrevocable once delivered and satisfactory in all respects to Lender, acting reasonably. Each Notice of Advance submitted by Borrower shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in Sections 6.2(a) and (b) hereof have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Loan.
