Notice of Advance. The Borrower shall have timely delivered to the Bank, in accordance with Section 2.2 hereof, notice of its request to obtain an Advance.
Notice of Advance. (a) Whenever the Company desires an Advance, it shall give written notice thereof (a "NOTICE OF ADVANCE") (or telephonic notice promptly confirmed in writing) to the Agent (i) in the case of an Alternate Base Rate Advance, not later than 10:00 a.m. (Houston, Texas time) on the date of such Advance and (ii) in the case of a Eurodollar Rate Advance, not later than noon (Houston, Texas time) three Business Days prior to the date of such Advance. Each Notice of Advance shall be irrevocable and shall be in the form of EXHIBIT 2.03 hereto, specifying (i) the aggregate principal amount of the Advance to be made, (ii) the date of such Advance (which shall be a Business Day), (iii) whether it is to be an Alternate Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Advance and (iv) if the proposed Advance is to be a Eurodollar Rate Advance, the initial Interest Period to be applicable thereto.
Notice of Advance. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Advance in accordance with Section 2.1(a), if applicable, and a Notice of Term Loan in accordance with Section 2.1(b) with respect to the Borrowing on the Effective Date provided, that such Notice of Advance and Notice of Term Loan shall be delivered not later than one (1) Business Days prior to the Effective Date.
