Common use of Notice Letter Clause in Contracts

Notice Letter. Immediately, at the option of Bank and without notice, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default Bank shall have the right to send the Notice Letter attached hereto as Exhibit “V” to each account debtor of Mortgage Paper pledged to Bank. Bank agrees that it will not mail the executed Notice Letter for each Mortgage Paper pledged to Bank until the occurrence of an Event of Default.

Immediately, at the option of Bank and without notice, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default Bank shall have the right to send the Notice Letter attached hereto as Exhibit “V” "U" to each account debtor of Mortgage Paper pledged to BankPaper. Bank agrees that it will not mail the executed Notice Letter for each Mortgage Paper pledged to Bank until the occurrence of an Event of Default.

Bank agrees that it will not mail the executed Notice Letter for each Pledged Mortgage Paper pledged to Bank until the occurrence of an Event of Default.

Immediately, at the option of Bank and without notice, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default Bank shall have the right to send the Notice Letter attached hereto as Exhibit “VW” to each account debtor of Mortgage Paper pledged to Bank. Bank agrees that it will not mail the executed Notice Letter for each Mortgage Paper pledged to Bank until the occurrence of an Event of Default.
