Notice Letter. Immediately, at the option of Bank and without notice, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default Bank shall have the right to send the Notice Letter attached hereto as Exhibit “V” to each account debtor of Mortgage Paper pledged to Bank. Bank agrees that it will not mail the executed Notice Letter for each Mortgage Paper pledged to Bank until the occurrence of an Event of Default.

Notice Letter. Each Payment Instruction Letter (including each of the Existing Notice Letters) in the form attached to the Guarantor Security Agreement as Exhibit “A”, which has been or will be issued by each applicable Subsidiary Guarantor and delivered to, and acknowledged by, the applicable trustee under the indenture related to the applicable Management Agreement.
