Common use of Notice by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Notice by Tenant. Upon becoming aware of same, Tenant shall give reasonably prompt written notice to Landlord of any accident, defect, damage or deficiency in any part of the Premises or the Project, notwithstanding that Landlord may have no obligation in respect of the same. The provisions of this Section 10.3 shall not be interpreted so as to imply or impose any obligation whatsoever upon Landlord.
