Notice by Tenant. Tenant shall give immediate notice to Landlord in case of fire or accidents in the Premises or in the building of which the Premises are a part or of defects therein or in any fixtures or equipment.

Notice by Tenant. The Tenant shall notify the Landlord of any accident, defect, damage or deficiency in any part of the Premises or the Building which comes to the attention of the Tenant, its employees or contractors notwithstanding that the Landlord may have no obligation in respect thereof.
