Notice Boards The Co-operative agrees to furnish and install a Notice Board in each location in a place accessible to the employees.
NOTICE BOARD (a) A notice board shall be provided for the posting of all official Union notices exclusively, and will not be used for the purpose of disseminating political information. The right is reserved to the Company to request the removal of material offensive to the Company.
Senior Management and Boards of Directors 1. Neither Party may require that an enterprise of that Party that is a covered investment appoint to senior management positions natural persons of any particular nationality.

Board Approval No reimbursement shall be paid to the Investment Adviser pursuant to this provision in any fiscal year, unless the Trust's Board of Trustees has determined that the payment of such reimbursement is appropriate in light of the terms of this Agreement. Pre-Disciplinary Meeting The College will schedule a pre-disciplinary meeting to permit the faculty member to respond to a notice of intent to discipline. At the beginning of any pre-disciplinary meeting, the College will describe its proposed discipline and the general reasons for issuing the proposed discipline.

Time Off for Meeting Any representative of the Union or the Bargaining Team, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the right to attend bargaining meetings with the Employer held within working hours without loss of remuneration.
Leave, Board of Directors A nurse who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association, other than to the office of President, shall be granted upon request such leave(s) of absence as she or he may require to fulfill the duties of the position. Reasonable notice - sufficient to adequately allow the Hospital to minimize disruption of its services shall be given to the Hospital for such leave of absence. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of seniority or service for a nurse during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Union leave provided in Article 11.02
