Common use of Notice and Cure Period Clause in Contracts

Notice and Cure Period. Neither LVSC nor the Authority shall avail itself of any remedy granted to it at law or in equity based upon an alleged default of the other Party hereunder unless and until written notice of the alleged default, in reasonable detail, has been delivered to the defaulting Party by the non-defaulting Party and the alleged default has not been cured on or before 5:00 p.m. (Pacific time) on the fifth (5th) Business Day next following delivery of said notice of default.
