Common use of Notice and Cure Period Clause in Contracts

Notice and Cure Period. In the event of a breach, the non-breaching Party shall give written notice of the breach to the other Party. If a breach is not cured within thirty days of receipt of written notice, or if a cure cannot be completed within thirty days, or if cure of the breach has not begun within thirty days and pursued with due diligence, the UCRC may exercise any of the remedies listed in Section 13. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the UCRC, in its sole discretion, need not provide advance notice or a cure period and may immediately terminate this SCIA in whole or in part if reasonably necessary to preserve public safety.
