Common use of Notice and Cure Period Clause in Contracts

Notice and Cure Period. A party seeking to terminate this Agreement for material breach shall notify the other party in writing of the nature of the breach and the other party shall have thirty (30) days from the receipt of such notice to cure or otherwise eliminate such cause. If the other party does not remedy the breach, to the reasonable satisfaction of the non-breaching party, this Agreement shall terminate at the end of the thirty (30) day period.
