Common use of Note Register Clause in Contracts

Note Register. The Servicer shall keep or cause to be kept at its offices books (the “Note Register”) for the registration and transfer of each Note. The Note Register shall contain the name and address of the Holders and the name and address of any transferee of each Note, together with wire instructions for such holder or transferee, of whom the Servicer has received notice, and the form of a copy of any written assumption agreement referred to in Section 14(a), shall be registered in the Note Register. The Person in whose name a Note is so registered shall be deemed and treated as the sole owner and holder thereof for all purposes of this Agreement. The Servicer shall promptly furnish to any Holder a copy of the Note Register upon receipt of request therefor.
