Common use of Notation on Securities Clause in Contracts

Notation on Securities. Securities of any series authenticated and delivered after the execution of any supplemental indenture affecting such series pursuant to the provisions of this Article Nine may bear a notation in form approved by the Trustee as to any matter provided for in such supplemental indenture. If the Company and the Guarantor or the Trustee shall so determine, new Securities of any series so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Trustee and the respective Boards of Directors of the Company and the Guarantor, to any modification of this Indenture contained in any such supplemental indenture may be prepared and executed by the Company and the Guarantor, authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent and delivered in exchange for the Securities of any series then outstanding.
