Not Required to Work. In the event an employee is not required to work when administrative offices have been closed due to inclement weather or an emergency, or prior to the delayed opening time due to inclement weather or an emergency, or after the early closing time due to inclement weather or an emergency, the employee will be paid at the employee's regular rate of pay for hours the employee was scheduled to work during that time.

  • Access to Work District representatives shall at all times have access to the Work, wherever it is, in preparation or in progress. Contractor shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access.

  • Recall to Work 5.6.2.1 An employee recalled to work overtime after leaving the company’s premises (whether notified before or after leaving the premises) will be paid for a minimum of three hours work at the appropriate rates for each time the employee is so recalled. Except in the case of unforeseen circumstances arising, the employee will not be required to work the full three hours if the job the employee was recalled to perform is completed within a shorter period.

Neither Owner, HFF nor any Owner/HFF Related Party is under any obligation to notify or provide any further information to Potential Investor or any Related Party if either Owner or HFF becomes aware of any inaccuracy, incompleteness or change in the Offering Materials. The undersigned acknowledges that neither Owner, HFF nor any Owner/HFF Related Party, has made any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the Offering Materials, or the suitability of the information contained therein for any purpose whatever, and any representation or warranty in connection therewith is hereby expressly excluded. The Offering Materials provided to the undersigned are subject to, among other things, correction of errors and omissions, additions or deletion of terms, and withdrawal upon notice. The undersigned agrees that neither Owner, HFF, nor any Owner/HFF Related Party shall have any liability to Potential Investor and/or any Related Party resulting from the delivery to, or use by the undersigned of the Offering Materials or otherwise with respect thereto. Potential Investor and Related Parties shall rely only their own due diligence and investigation of the Property, including but not limited to any financial, title, environmental, physical, tenant or any other matters.

  • Advice on Construction Progress To each Change Order which grants an extension in the Contract Time, the Design Professional shall attach its Advice on Construction Progress, in the format provided in the Forms Packet, and provide a copy to the CM/GC.
