Not in Connection With a Change in Control. In the event that the Executive’s employment with the Corporation and its Affiliates terminates during the term of this Agreement and such termination does not occur coincident with or within one year following a Change in Control, the terms of this Paragraph (A) of Section 4 shall apply.
