Not Exclusive Remedy. This Section 8 shall not be deemed to preclude or otherwise limit in any way the exercise of any other rights or pursuit of other remedies for the breach of this Agreement or with respect to any misrepresentation or fraud.
Not Exclusive Remedy. The right of any party to terminate this Agreement is not an exclusive remedy, and any party shall be entitled, alternatively or cumulatively, to other remedies permitted under the terms of this Agreement or by law.
Not Exclusive Remedy. The rights granted in this Article XI shall not be deemed to be an exclusive remedy of the Non-Defaulting Member, but all other rights and remedies, legal and equitable, shall be available to it, with the exception of any action which has the effect of terminating this Agreement.

Any right of indemnity of any party pursuant to this Article 10 shall be in addition to and shall not operate as a limitation on any other right to indemnity of such party pursuant to this Plan, any other document or instrument executed in connection with the consummation of the transaction contemplated hereby, or otherwise.
Not Exclusive Remedy. The rights to indemnification and to the advancement of Expenses conferred on any Indemnitee in this Article IX shall not be exclusive of any other rights that such Indemnitee may have or hereafter acquire under any statute, provision of this Certificate of Incorporation, provision of the Bylaws of the Corporation, agreement, vote of stockholders or disinterested directors or otherwise.
Not Exclusive Remedy. The rights granted in Section 13.1 shall not be -------------------- deemed an exclusive remedy of the Nondefaulting Venturers, but all other rights and remedies, legal and equitable, shall be available to it.
Not Exclusive Remedy. The obligations of the Contractor herein shall be in addition to and not in limitation of any obligation imposed upon him by special guarantees required by the Contract Documents or otherwise prescribed by law.
Not Exclusive Remedy. Sellers acknowledge and agree that the remedies provided for herein (including the disbursements from the Escrow Account) shall not be Buyer's exclusive remedy in respect of any indemnification or other claim that Buyer may have in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Purchase Agreement, and that Buyer shall, notwithstanding its execution and delivery of this Agreement, retain all of its rights and remedies that are provided for in the Purchase Agreement.
Not Exclusive Remedy. Termination of this MSA or any Service Addendum is not an exclusive remedy, and the exercise by any Party of any remedy under this MSA or any Service Addendum will be without prejudice to any other remedy it may have under this MSA, the Service Addendum, Applicable Law, or otherwise.
