The Selling Member acknowledges that this Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment and, except as set forth in a written employment agreement between the parties, does not guarantee hat the Company or any of its subsidiaries will continue his employment for any period of time or otherwise change the at-will nature of his employment.
