Not an Indemnified Party. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 10, no manufacturer, repairer, servicer, modifier or the like shall be considered an Indemnified Party unless expressly referenced herein, and the Lessee and their insurers retain full right of subrogation and recourse against all but the Indemnified Parties in accordance with this Section 10.
