This Agreement shall not be construed as an admission by any person or entity that he, she or it has acted wrongfully with respect to Employee or any other person, or that Employee has any claims whatsoever against any person or entity, and the Company specifically disclaims any liability for wrongful acts against Employee or any other person, on the part of itself, its officers, directors, employees or agents.
