Northwood Apartments. (Undergraduate Residents): The occupancy period for all residents begins on August 27, 2022 and ends on May 8, 2023. Residents who will not return to their space for Spring 2023 are expected to vacate their assignments and return their keys by December 19, 2022. For the Spring 2023 semester, the occupancy period for new residents begins on January 15, 2023 and concludes on May 8, 2023.
