Normally, Faculty Members in the Faculties of Arts. Education and Science and the Schools of Business and Nursing shall be assigned a teaching workload for the Fall and Winter semesters and shall not be required to teach in the summer sessions. However, Members may be offered the opportunity to teach extra courses in these summer sessions for remuneration. Faculty Members shall be offered the opportunity to teach these courses as overload prior to offering these courses on a sessional basis.

  • Judicial Council 's Obligation Subject to Availability of Funds A. The Judicial Council's obligation under this Agreement is subject to the availability of authorized funds. The Judicial Council may terminate the Agreement or any part of the Contract Work, without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Judicial Council, for lack of appropriation of funds.
