NORMAL WORK SCHEDULES. 125. a. Unless otherwise provided, a “normal work day” is a tour of duty of eight (8) hours completed within not more than nine (9) hours. 126. b. A “normal work week” is a tour of duty on each of five consecutive days with two consecutive days off. However, employees who are moving from one shift or one work schedule to another may be required to work in excess of five consecutive working days in conjunction with changes in their work shifts or schedules. 127. c. Current work schedules (Monday through Friday) as of the effective date of this Agreement will remain in place unless a proposed change is mutually agreed to by the parties.
