NORMAL STRAIGHT TIME HOURS OF WORK. (a) The normal straight time hours of work assigned by the Employer shall conform with the following guidelines:

NORMAL STRAIGHT TIME HOURS OF WORK. (a) The normal straight time hours of work assigned by the Employer shall exclude one half hour unpaid lunch period, and shall conform with the following guidelines:
NORMAL STRAIGHT TIME HOURS OF WORK. (a) The normal straight time hours of work assigned by the Employer shall conform with the following guidelines: not more than eight (8) hours in any one day not more than five (5) working days in any seven (7) day period; not more than forty (40) hours in any five (5) working day period.
NORMAL STRAIGHT TIME HOURS OF WORK. (a) Per Work Day not more than eight (8) hours in any one (1) day, inclusive of paid rest periods but exclusive of unpaid meal periods;
NORMAL STRAIGHT TIME HOURS OF WORK. The normal anticipated hours of work for regular full-time employees may vary by department and day of the week, but may generally be up to eight hours in any one working day and not more than 40 hours in any seven-day workweek (Sunday to Saturday). Not more than five consecutive days within the seven-day workweek (Sunday to Saturday) with two consecutive days of rest, unless the employee is subbing up or is in the flex pool. The normal straight-time hours of work for regular part-time employees shall be up to and range between four to eight hours, in any one working day and not more than 40 hours in any seven-day workweek. Regular part-time employees may work additional shifts to a maximum of 40 hours and six days a week without accruing any overtime entitlement. It is understood that shifts that commence on one calendar day and extend past midnight to the next calendar day are considered to be shifts worked on the calendar day on which the shift begins.
NORMAL STRAIGHT TIME HOURS OF WORK. (a) A departmental work schedule for two (2) weeks shall be posted in accessible locations to all employees concerned, indicating daily starting times and finishing times. Said schedules will be posted no later than four
NORMAL STRAIGHT TIME HOURS OF WORK. The normal straight time hours of work are eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week, or ten (10) hours per day, four (4) days per week. This shall not be considered as a guarantee of hours of work per day or per week. There shall be no combination of eight (8) and ten (10) hour shifts by the same employee within the same week.
NORMAL STRAIGHT TIME HOURS OF WORK. (a) The normal straight time hours of work as- signed by the Employer shall conform with the follow- ing guidelines: not more than eight hours in any one day; not more than five working days in any seven day period, iii) not more than forty hours in any five working day period. Any hours which the Employer requires an em- ployee to work in excess of the above shall be paid at double time the hourly rate. SHIFTS
