Normal School Day. The certified/licensed employee day will be seven and one-half (7 ½) hours inclusive of lunch and recess period. Hours are dictated by State Laws and Board Policy. The beginning and ending times will be determined by the respective building principal to reflect State Laws and Board Policy. Special in-service meetings, district-wide staff meetings, building faculty meetings, or conferences with students and/or parents may extend the day without increasing any additional cost to the Board. Said activities are deemed to be part of the job description.

  • Normal Workday The normal workday shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours of work within a twenty-four (24) hour period.
