Normal Hours of Work. 10.01 The regular workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours per week. For demolition and excavation work, the regular hours shall be fifty (50) hours per week. For Masonry and Formwork the regular hours shall be forty-five (45) hours per week. This Article does not apply to Projects falling under Article 24. On Projects falling under Article 24, the regular hours of work are forty (40) hours per week and eight (8) hours per day, Monday through Friday.
