Common use of Nonsolicitation Covenant Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation Covenant. (a) For a period of thirty-six (36) months after the termination of this Agreement (including any extension thereof) (the "Post Termination Period") EMPLOYEE shall not, solicit, directly or indirectly, by any means, any of the clients, customers, accounts, employees or "leads" of EMPLOYER during the Post Termination Period.

Nonsolicitation Covenant. (a) For a period of thirtytwenty-six four (3624) months after the termination of this Agreement (including any extension thereof) (the "“Post Termination Period"”) EMPLOYEE Employee shall not, not solicit, directly or indirectly, by any means, any of the clientsemployees, customersconsultants, accountsreferral sources, employees customers or "“leads" ” of EMPLOYER during Employer, such status being determined as of the Post Termination Perioddate of termination. “Customer or “leads” of Employer” shall include customers and leads obtained for Employer by Employee as contemplated by this Agreement.

(a) For a period of thirty-six two (362) months years after the termination of this Agreement (including any extension thereof) (the "Post Termination Period") EMPLOYEE shall not, solicit, directly or indirectly, by any means, any of the clients, customers, accounts, employees or "leads" of EMPLOYER during the Post Termination Period.

Nonsolicitation Covenant. (a) For During, and for a period of thirty-six eighteen (3618) months after the termination of of, this Agreement (including any extension thereof) (the "Post Termination Period") EMPLOYEE ), CONSULTANT shall not, not solicit, directly or indirectly, by any means, any of the clients, customers, accountsaccount, employees or "leads" of EMPLOYER COMPANY during the Post Termination Period.
