NONEXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT. This is not an exclusive agreement. Apple is free to engage others to perform Services or provide Goods the same as or similar to Seller's. Seller is free to, and is encouraged to, advertise, offer, and provide Seller's Services and/or Goods to others; provided however, that Seller does not breach this Agreement.
NONEXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT. This Agreement is not exclusive. The Facility reserves the right to offer a cooperative education Fieldwork to students of other educational institutions and the College has the right to offer its students cooperative education Fieldwork at other facilities.
NONEXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT. This Agreement does not grant to CGI any exclusive rights to do business with Customer. Customer may contract with other suppliers for the procurement of comparable services. Likewise, nothing in the Contract Documents will prevent CGI from marketing, developing, using and performing for others services similar to or competitive with the Services furnished to Customer.
NONEXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT. The Airport Authority may contract with other firms or individuals to obtain the same or similar services to those the Contractor will provide under this Agreement.

It is expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement does not grant to Supplier any exclusive privileges or rights and Customer may contract with other suppliers for the procurement of comparable Purchases. Customer makes no guarantee or commitment for any minimum or maximum amount of Purchases hereunder.
NONEXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT. Design Professional understands that this is not an exclusive Agreement and that City shall have the right to negotiate with and enter into contracts with others providing the same or similar services as those provided by Design Professional as the City desires.
NONEXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT. It is expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement does not grant to Contractor any exclusive privileges or rights, and Puget Sound may contract with other service providers for the procurement of comparable services. Puget Sound makes no guarantee or commitment for any minimum or maximum amount of the Services to be purchased hereunder. No Publicity/Advertising. Contractor will not issue any publicity or general marketing communications concerning this Agreement, Contractor’s relationship with Puget Sound, or any other matter concerning Puget Sound without the prior written consent of Puget Sound. No identification of Puget Sound or use of Puget Sound’s names, tradenames, marks, trademarks, service marks, brands or logos (collectively, the “Marks”) will be used in any of Contractor’s advertising, marketing or promotional activities without Puget Sound’s prior written approval, which approval may be withheld in Puget Sound’s sole discretion.
NONEXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT. This Agreement is not intended to be and shall not be construed as an exclusive contract, and the City of Mexico Beach may employ additional or other professional consulting firms to perform work contemplated by this Agreement without liability to the City of Mexico Beach.
NONEXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT. Nothing contained herein shall obligate Broker to submit all the loan application packages in creates or generates to LSM, nor shall LSM be obligated to approve and/or fund any loan application package submitted to it by Broker, it being expressly understood by and between LSM and Broker that this is a nonexclusive Agreement.
