Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.
MARGINS AND DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS 8.1 Customer shall provide to and maintain with AvaTrade margin in such amounts and in such forms as AvaTrade, in its sole discretion, may require.
Shift Premium Entitlement (a) Employees working an afternoon or night shift as identified in Clauses 15.1(a)(2) and 15.1(a)(3) shall receive a shift premium for all hours worked on the shift.
Basic entitlement (a) After twelve months continuous service, parents are entitled to a combined total of 52 weeks unpaid parental leave on a shared basis in relation to the birth or adoption of their child. For females, maternity leave may be taken and for males, paternity leave may be taken. Adoption leave may be taken in the case of adoption.
ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS In order to receive and maintain a VISA Secured Feature Category, You agree to give Us a specific pledge of shares which will equal Your Credit Limit. In the event that You default on Your Account, We may apply these shares toward the repayment of any amount owed on Your VISA Secured Feature Category. You may cancel Your VISA Secured Feature Category at any time by paying any amounts owed on Your VISA Secured balance. To be certain that Your entire balance and all advances are paid, any shares pledged may not be available to You for 30 days after You have cancelled and any outstanding balance is paid in full. LINE OF CREDIT LIMITS. You will be notified of each specific Credit Limit for each Feature Category for which You are approved. Unless You are in default, any Credit Limits established for You will generally be self-replenishing as You make payments. You will keep Your unpaid balance within Your Credit Limit set by Us, and You will pay any amount over Your Credit Limit on Our demand whether or not We authorize the advances which caused You to exceed Your Credit Limit. Even if Your unpaid balance is less than Your Credit Limit, You will have no credit available during any time that any aspect of Your Account is in default.

Campaign Contribution Restriction For all State contracts as defined in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 9-612(g)(1) having a value in a calendar year of $50,000 or more or a combination or series of such agreements or contracts having a value of $100,000 or more, the authorized signatory to this Contract expressly acknowledges receipt of the State Elections Enforcement Commission's notice advising state contractors of state campaign contribution and solicitation prohibitions, and will inform its principals of the contents of the notice, as set forth in “Notice to Executive Branch State Contractors and Prospective State Contractors of Campaign Contribution and Solicitation Limitations,” attached as Exhibit C.
Benefit Entitlement When an employee is on a WCB claim all benefits of the Agreement will continue to accrue. However, an employee off work on WCB claim shall receive net wages as defined by (A) above, and benefits equalling but not to exceed their normal entitlement had they not suffered a compensable injury. For the first twenty (20) work days on claim, an employee will accrue paid holidays and vacation credits. Once the claim exceeds twenty (20) work days, paid holidays and vacation credits will not accrue. However, unused vacation credits accrued prior to the claim shall not be lost as a result of this clause.
