Common use of Nondisparagement Clause in Contracts

Nondisparagement. Executive agrees not to disparage the Company, its parent, or its or their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates and agents, in any manner likely to be harmful to its or their business, business reputation, or personal reputation (although Executive may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information as required by legal process).

Nondisparagement. The Executive agrees not to make negative comments or otherwise disparage the Company, Company or any of its parent, affiliated entities or its or their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates and agentsagents or products, in any manner likely to be harmful to its them or their business, business reputation, reputation or personal reputation (although Executive may respond accurately and fully to any question, inquiry or request for information as required by legal process)reputation.
