Common use of Nondisparagement Clause in Contracts

Nondisparagement. During the Employment Term and thereafter, the Executive shall not take any action to disparage or criticize the Company or any Affiliate or their respective employees, directors, owners or customers or to engage in any other action that injures or hinders the business relationships of the Company or any Affiliate. Nothing contained in this Section 5(d) shall preclude the Executive from enforcing his rights under this Agreement.
