Nondiscriminatory Interconnection. Interconnection shall be equal in quality to that provided by the Parties to themselves or any subsidiary, Affiliate or other person. For purposes of this Section 3.6, “equal in quality” means the same technical criteria and service standards that a Party uses within its own network.
